• Your office is very friendly AND on time. We have dealt with 2 other orthodontic offices and your staff has been the friendliest and did not treat us like we were "just another case".
• You all are so patient friendly and concerned about the patient and parents. The staff will be truly missed when we are totally finished with treatment. These ladies are AWESOME and an asset to this team, including Dr. Ng and her patience and care.

• All of the patient information is available. You don't feel like the doctor or office staff is trying to hide something from you.
• It gives me the ability to review my charts which I love and review all my treatment information. I went to see pictures and it is right there. You just click and it loads. Then you can zoom in and out!
• Looking up the appointments is convenient. Also having the pictures available is really great.
• Much easier to make my payments online and receive my receipts in a timely manner.
• I am able to see my financial records and pay accordingly whereas before I had to call the office.
• Well, you are the only doctor of mine to have this service, so I say you are a step above the rest and are very distinguished from them.
