Jennifer — Orthodontic Assistant

I start with the patients on the day we begin their treatment. Usually I get the opportunity to see them every six weeks for their adjustments, so I can catch up with what has been going on in their lives! I also make TLC calls to patients to check on them if they had a difficult appointment. I absolutely love telling our patients that it is time to get their braces off. I love seeing their new smiles! Dr. Ng really cares about everyone that surrounds her. We all become part of her family.

I married my high school sweetheart, Terry, and we have two teenage sons, Taylor and Carter, as well as three cats, Molly, Nina, and Goalie. I love a good trip to the beach, when I can make it there. Usually I can be found poolside volunteering with USA Swimming during Taylor's and Carter's swim meets. I also enjoy the time that I spend volunteering at the City Rescue Mission.

Meagen — Financial/Treatment Coordinator

I interact with new patients in the consult room at their very first appointment. We go over their treatment plan and I answer any questions they may have. If they have questions regarding finances, appointments, or treatment, I'm here to answer them. I love getting to know our patients on a personal level and watching their smiles transform during treatment. I've made many new friends!

I am married to a wonderful husband Dwayne, and we have two young boys, Khristian and Ethian. We have two dogs, Fluffy and Heidi, a cat named Rowdy, and lots of salt and fresh water fish. I love going to the beach, fishing, and bike riding with my son, reading, listening to music, and surrounding myself with good company.

Dorine — Orthodontic Assistant

I meet with patients as soon as they come in for a consult. I take their initial X-ray, and if they decide to start treatment with us, I will do their diagnostic records. I really like meeting our new patients and I love to see them get excited for their new smile. I learn so many things everyday, especially with our continuing education classes. Dr. Ng makes us feel like we are part of her family.

I have two great and wonderful children, Justin and Caitlyn, as well as a dog named Dale. I enjoy going to the beach, hanging out with friends, going to the movies, watching my kids in all their soccer, baseball, softball, and dance activities, and I love going to football games.

Susie — Appointment Coordinator

I interact with all of our patients starting with their first phone call for a consultation. I work as best as possible scheduling appointments with the patients, trying to make orthodontic treatment as convenient as possible. I love meeting so many different people and it is a wonderful day when they emerge with a brand new, confident smile. Dr. Ng is an extremely caring and patient doctor. She wants to give every one of her patients the ability to smile with confidence.

I have two awesome children who are my life, Nathan and Leah Paige, a dog named Johnny Blaize, two turtles, a squirrel who was rescued right after his birth, tons of fish in the backyard pond, and a pet rat named Fajita. If I am not playing in my flower beds I can be found out in the open air riding my motorcycle. I travel all over Florida looking for the next place to camp out. Benefit rides for a variety of charities is always fun with my riding friends and taking a cruise is usually a nice annual get away for me.
